I’m Nanaco, I teach as Nano Yoga, I’m an honest and vulnerable, yoga loving, snowboarder, a lover of travel and food. I’ve been living the inaka life, in Myoko for 3 years, since moving here from England.

Although I first came to the area to experience the snow, I loved the changing of the seasons in Myoko. The flowers blossoming in Spring, the cool summers spent by the lake, with no air con being necessary, and seeing the colours of the leaves change from the mountain down into the valley in Autumn/Fall.

I always hear that people aren’t flexible enough or not at a certain weight, guess what?

If you can breathe. You can do yoga!

Teaching yoga classes that are accessible for beginners, while also showing that there is so much more to yoga than just stretching. You’ll be able to learn to listen to your body while getting the benefits of stretching, but you’ll also discover how to be more comfortable in your body and while finding more self awareness, realising that you are great exactly as you are.

A total of 34 guest rooms, the resort has 6 different room types catering to families or couples. There are also 2 baby friendly rooms so that parents can bring their new born together for a getaway.
